Our innovative online query logging system allows residents to conveniently report any issues or concerns they may have. Each unit is assigned a unique Unit Code, which serves as the username and password for logging into the system. Residents can log three types of queries:

  • Inventory Queries: related to inventory items requiring attention
  • Non-Inventory Queries: related to electrical, plumbing, or structural problems
  • Cleaning Service Queries: related to cleaning services

    Enjoy a clean and tidy living space with our comprehensive cleaning services. Our friendly cleaning staff visit apartments twice a week, providing general cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, dishwashing, and bed making.

    Should you require additional service days, arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs. Please note that cleaning equipment is provided within the unit, while cleaning materials are to be supplied by the occupant.
